Your room has individually controlled air conditioning. Please, keep your windows or balcony door closed, when the air conditioning is on.
The Lobby Bar, which is located on the ground floor, is open seven days a week from 18:00 to 24:00, with an extra charge of € 10,00 for the room service (h 18-24)
The swimming-pool Bar is open from 10:30 to 18:00 (summer time only: May – September)
This service is only on request and can be arranged with suitable prior notice : approximately € 20,00 per hour. Please, settle the bill directly with the Baby Sitter, not with the Hotel, The Hotel accepts no responsibility. Please arrange in advance with the Reception.
The Breakfast is served on the ground floor seven days a week from 7:30 to 10:30. Should you require room service breakfast: there is a charge of € 10,00 per room, which will be added to your room bill. Should you need Breakfast (Packet Breakfast) before the opening time, please arrange in advance with the Reception the evening before.

We operate a pressing and laundry service every day, except Saturdays and Holidays: articles collected before 9:00 will be returned the same day after 18:00. Please inform the Reception.

Please, note that dry cleaning items have to be sent at an outside laundry service.

We strongly recommend the use of the safe deposit boxes which are available, free of charge, in the rooms (these are located inside the night table or inside the minibar or in the wardrobe), or at the Reception at cost of € 5,00 daily service from 08:00 until 20:00. By the Reception are available other safe for your Laptop free of charge.
There is a limited supply of socket adaptors, which are kept at the Reception
These adaptors do not convert current. If you would like to borrow one, please firstly make sure that the voltage of your appliance is compatible with the voltage of the outlet/socket i.e. 220 V.
The Hotel swimming pool, located in our luxurious garden, it is available to guests from 9 am to 7 pm.
A lifeguard service is also guaranteed: 9:00 - 12:15 and 13:15 - 19:00.
SUN BEDS AND BATHING TOWELS
Sunbeds are available at the pool, subject to availability. Please ask the life guard; Bathing towels are available in your room.
We kindly ask you not to use the towels in the bathrooms for pool nor for the beach.

Viareggio is connected by motorway to many Tuscany’s historic cities. It is possible to organize field trips to beautiful places near Viareggio: Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Siena, Isola d’ Elba, Cinque Terre.

We are aware of the possible wasteful use of bathroom supplies, which use up our natural resources and cause pollution. If you are staying with us more than one night and would like your towels to be changed, please leave them on the floor or in the bath. If not, please, hang them on the rail.
